Shipping Terms & Conditions

Shipping times

We will always aim to dispatch and deliver orders as quickly as possible. Any delivery times shown on our website, by email, or during checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Many of the products we sell are sourced from third-party suppliers and manufacturers. Where an item is not held in our own stock, dispatch and delivery will depend on supplier availability. Delays can occur if a supplier does not have the item in stock, if there are import or courier delays, or if there are other circumstances outside of our control.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers updated where there is a material delay.

Supplier stock and lead times

Stock status shown on the website may be based on the latest information available to us at the time, but this can change without notice. If a supplier is out of stock or there is an unexpected delay, we reserve the right to contact the customer with an updated lead time, offer an alternative where available, or cancel and refund the order where appropriate.

We will do our absolute best to get you the item as quickly as possible. Much of our stock can be sent within 12 hours and arrive within 24 hours, and that is our aim. However, some suppliers have 12-week lead times; others produce parts to order. Our realistic delivery time ranges from 24 hours to 12 weeks, depending on the item.

Delivery services

Orders will be shipped using the delivery method selected at checkout, or by another suitable service where necessary. We reserve the right to use an alternative courier or shipping method if required for operational reasons, provided it is suitable for the order.

International orders

For international orders, shipping may be arranged in one of two ways:


  1. The customer provides a valid shipping label within the time requested by us, or

  2. We provide a shipping quotation for approval and payment before dispatch

If the customer does not provide a shipping label, and does not wish to proceed with the shipping quotation provided by us, the order may be cancelled. In such cases, the customer will not necessarily be entitled to a full refund.

This is because international orders can result in non-recoverable costs to us, including but not limited to:


  • payment processing / transaction fees

  • warehouse handling or restocking charges

  • supplier cancellation charges

  • other direct costs already incurred in processing the order

Where these costs apply, any refund will be reduced accordingly.

Refused shipping quotations

If an order has been placed and paid for, but international shipping cannot proceed because the customer does not provide the required label or declines the shipping quote we provide, we reserve the right to deduct any non-recoverable costs before issuing a refund.

Customs, duties and import charges

For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import charges, clearance fees, or other local charges unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Failed delivery or incorrect details

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct delivery address and contact details. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect information, failed delivery, refusal to accept the parcel, or failure to pay customs charges, we reserve the right to deduct any shipping, return, handling, restocking, or non-recoverable fees from any refund.

Delays outside our control

We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, suppliers, weather, industrial action, import restrictions, or any other events outside of our reasonable control.

Partial shipments

Where appropriate, we reserve the right to dispatch items in part shipments. We may also hold an order until all items are available, depending on the nature of the products and the shipping method.

Order cancellation after processing

If an order is cancelled after it has been specially ordered, processed, packed, or prepared for dispatch, we reserve the right to deduct any costs already incurred, including supplier charges, transaction fees, handling fees, and restocking fees where applicable.
