MMR Performance Induction System for BMW N55 engines

This uprated induction system replaces the restrictive factory airbox with a free-flow alloy intake tube and a large twin-entry performance cone, delivering quicker spool, sharper throttle pick up and that addictive turbo whoosh that enthusiasts love. The one-piece aluminium hard pipe is formed for an uninterrupted internal radius to cut turbulence and pressure drop, while the generously sized cotton gauze filter offers a big increase in surface area for superb filtration and flow. The lower base neatly seals to the factory snorkel to maintain a supply of cool ambient air and doubles as a heat barrier to help fend off heat soak. Finished in stealth black with a tasteful laser-etched logo and mounted on rubber-isolated billet brackets, it looks OEM plus and keeps unwanted vibration to a minimum.
