AIRTEC Motorsport Low-Temperature Radiator for BMW M2 Competition, M3 and M4 with S55

Unlock reliable, repeatable performance from your S55 with this front-mounted low-temp cooler designed to stabilise intake temps and fight heat soak on fast road and track. This upgraded water-to-air intercooler circuit radiator is a direct bolt-in solution for F87 M2 Competition, F80 M3 and F82/F83 M4 owners who want stronger, more consistent power delivery without cutting or trimming.

Engineered to maximise the space behind the bumper, the high-capacity twin pass core dramatically increases coolant volume and surface area for exceptional thermal control. It is ideal for standard cars as well as Stage 1 and Stage 2 setups where the factory cooling pack can become overwhelmed.

Why this upgrade works
The S55 uses a water-to-air charge cooling system, so coolant temperature directly affects intake air temperature. Under spirited driving and on tuned cars, the standard low-temperature radiator can saturate, causing heat soak and power fade. This AIRTEC Motorsport unit increases coolant mass and dwell time in the core while improving airflow through a larger, efficient matrix, delivering consistent performance session after session.

We have fitted this cooler for our customers and feedback has been excellent, with noticeably more stable inlet temps, reduced heat fade and stronger, repeatable performance on B-road blasts and track days.
