A methanol-water injection system is the upgrade that unlocks cooler intake temps, greater ignition stability and the ability to run more boost with confidence. Smart JB4 control - safety and performance

Designed to work hand-in-hand with the JB4 controller for progressive delivery based on real-time CAN data like boost, throttle input, RPM, intake temp, ignition advance and gear. Flow is monitored and reported back, so if the supply is low or delivery drops, power is reduced to protect the engine. You can switch the system on or off from the cabin, it disables with traction or safety strategies and you can view flow data on the dash and via JB4 Mobile logs.

Pick the reservoir that fits your space and usage. All tanks include a 2-way vented black plastic cap and compression pump feed. Upgraded billet caps with 1-way check valves are available.

Nozzle sizing guide

Choose jets based on power level and the number of bungs in your charge pipe. Two smaller nozzles often deliver better atomisation and distribution than a single large jet.
