Unlike welded pipes that can crack under the weight of charge pipework, this one‑piece machined race pipe is built to handle the strain. The slim profile mirrors the original valve body so the stock hardware lines up perfectly, and the unique grub screw boost tap offers the cleanest possible installation.

The vented grub screw acts as a boost gauge take‑off without the need for an in‑line restrictor, preventing needle flutter under load. If you are not running a gauge, simply use the supplied blanking screw for an OEM‑clean appearance.

  • EGR Valve Removal – Deletes the exhaust gas recirculation valve only, leaving the exhaust cooler in situ.
  • EGR and Cooler Removal – Deletes both the exhaust gas recirculation valve and the associated exhaust cooler for maximum flow.

Important information

Once the exhaust gas recirculation function is removed or blanked, the vehicle’s ECU no longer sees the original valve signal, which can trigger a warning on the dashboard. This can be resolved by updating the software to disable the exhaust gas recirculation strategy in the ECU.
