Heavy duty BMW paddle clutch for tuned road and track builds

Built by ZF Race Engineering in Germany, this motorsport-grade clutch assembly is the dependable, high-torque solution for aggressively tuned BMWs. Rated for 780 Nm plus, the puck-style cerametallic disc and reinforced cover deliver a sharp bite, fast engagement and dependable power transfer under launch control, hard shifts and repeated hot laps. Direct replacement on the original flywheel with no machining required.

We run this kit on our own projects and customer cars and it simply works. Pedal weight is purposeful, modulation is predictable and it keeps its grip where standard equipment lets go. Ideal for fast road, drifting, drag racing and circuit sessions where consistency matters.

Technical detail

The sintered friction material offers a much higher coefficient of friction than organic linings, with excellent resistance to heat, oil and contamination. The uprated clamp load improves bite and response for noticeably sharper shifts and more reliable torque transfer. Built to tight tolerances for consistent engagement and release characteristics.

Delivery and fitting

Typical lead time is around 2 weeks as these are assembled in Germany to order.
