Control and connectivity

Map guide

• Map 0: Stock, module fully disabled
• Map 1: Additive up to +3 psi over stock, suitable for 91 octane
• Map 2: Additive up to +4 psi, 91 to 93 octane
• Map 3: Additive up to +6 psi, 93+ octane
• Map 4: Additive up to +6.5 psi, 93+ octane
• Map 5: Additive up to +6 psi with a more assertive timing profile, 93+ octane and bolt-ons
• Map 6: Custom, supports additive and absolute targeting
• Map 7: Water meth injection map, boost varies with WMI setup
• Map 8: Valet or low boost mode

For 2018 and newer G-chassis cars with the digital dash layout, in-dash control commands are pending a free firmware update. Until then, any map or setting changes require the mobile adapter or data cable.

Approvals

JB4_B58 is CARB approved under Executive Order D-744-4 for applicable 2016 to 2018 230i, 330i, 430i, 530i, 340i, 440i, 740i, M240i and X1 applications.
