This UK-made system uses 304-grade stainless steel throughout with mandrel-formed 76.2 mm tubing, meticulous TIG welds and CNC-cut flanges for a precise fit and long-term durability. Available with a high-flow sports catalyst or a catless option, plus resonated or straight-through centre section choices, it is a proven way to reduce back pressure, sharpen throttle response and unlock a deeper, more purposeful tone.

This front section is designed to mate specifically to Cobra Sport rear systems - choose the connection to suit either Cobra GPF-back or Cobra cat-back on your BMW 1 Series F40 M135i xDrive. Options explained

  • Sports catalyst vs catless: The high-flow sports cat retains a converter while improving flow. The de-cat option offers the least restriction and is intended for track use and off-road applications where permitted.
  • Resonated vs non-resonated: Resonated includes a centre silencer for a more civilised, bass-rich tone. Non-resonated removes the centre silencer for a louder, rawer character.
  • Connection type: Select the version that links to your existing Cobra rear section - either Cobra GPF-back or Cobra cat-back - for a seamless, bolt-on fit.
