Uprated front mount charge cooler for BMW 135i and E90 E92 E93 335i

Give your turbocharged 3.0 straight six the cooling it deserves. This bolt-on intercooler upgrade delivers a serious reduction in intake temps, faster recovery between pulls and consistent performance on both road and track. Built around a high fin density bar and plate core with robust cast aluminium end tanks, it is a proven solution for stock and tuned cars alike. We have installed this kit on customer builds and our own projects with excellent results and superb reliability.

Designed to slot neatly behind the bumper without awkward fitment issues, this setup is one of the largest true plug-in charge coolers you can run while keeping proper clearance. The flared outlets keep boost pipes secure, while the premium 4-ply silicone joiners and stainless T-bolt clamps ensure a tight, leak-free seal.

Fitment note: On some vehicles a small amount of trimming to the plastic intercooler shroud may be required. The bumper itself does not need to be modified and the appearance and integrity of the car are unaffected.
