Stage 2 Uprated High-Pressure Fuel Pump for BMW B58 Engines

Unlock dependable fueling headroom for serious power and ethanol blends with this Stage 2 high-pressure fuel pump from Dorch. Designed for the BMW B58 direct-injection platform, it delivers a major increase in high-side fuel volume for big-power street builds, hybrid or single turbo conversions and track-focused setups. It is a direct replacement that integrates with the factory ECU, so you keep all OEM safety strategies and drivability.

Proven on our own cars and customer builds at MJ Modifications, this upgrade has been a standout for reliability and consistency. Expect support up to around 700 wheel horsepower on petrol and full E85 capability up to roughly 550 wheel horsepower, subject to calibration, turbo choice and fuel quality.

  • HDP5 Evo, factory B58: 0.954 cc per rev
  • HDP6, factory B58TU: 1.178 cc per rev
  • Dorch Stage 1: 1.299 cc per rev
  • Dorch Stage 2: 1.558 cc per rev

Actual capacity varies with cam design and tuning strategy.

ECU calibration notes

Software changes are required. When using Bootmod3, MHD or MG Flasher, tick the option for the Dorch pump upgrade when flashing. If you are using alternative software, email your .BIN file to tuning@dorchengineering.com to have the required changes applied free of charge for Dorch customers.
