Why switch to alloy pipework

The OE turbo outlet pipe and throttle body tube are known to split or blow off once boost is raised. ER’s mandrel-bent aluminium pipework uses a precision CNC throttle body flange that mirrors the OEM O-ring and C-clip connection for a tight, leak-free seal. ER pressure-tested this connection to 25 psi with zero flange failure, delivering dependable performance for daily driving, spirited road use and track days.
