Transform throttle response and boost consistency on your BMW with this Forge Motorsport vent-to-atmosphere BOV designed for the N20 2.0 petrol turbo engine. It is a direct swap for the stock recirculation unit and keeps the car’s original electronic control, delivering stronger boost holding and that addictive turbo whoosh under lift-off.
Why switch from the factory valve
The OE DV uses a rubber membrane that can split under heat and higher boost, especially on tuned cars. When it degrades you can suffer power loss, lazy spool and inconsistent performance without any warning lights. Forge’s piston-operated design removes the diaphragm entirely to help stop charge pressure leaks and keep your turbocharger working at its best.
