BMW fitment guidance

• On M135i and M235i with standard brakes, BMW lightweight sports brake discs can be installed on front and rear axles without additional measures.
• On 335i, 335d, 435i and 435d with standard brakes, BMW lightweight sports brake discs can be installed on the front axle without additional measures.
• On vehicles with the 17 inch or 18 inch BMW M Sport Brake 2NH, the perforated and grooved BMW lightweight sports brake discs can be installed on front and rear axles without additional measures.

Installation and bedding in

• No homologation entry required as approval-relevant data does not change.
• Bed in carefully for the first 200 km. Full braking performance follows once the break-in is complete.
• The drilled and grooved design can generate some functional noise under braking. This is normal and does not affect durability.
• BMW recommends new pads when fitting new discs.
• Approved only with at least 17 inch or 18 inch aluminium wheels, including winter sets.
