This Masata front mounted chargecooler radiator is a direct replacement for the stock unit and is purpose built for B48 and B58 powered F‑series models. With a substantially larger core and a big increase in coolant capacity, it keeps inlet temperatures under control during hard use, repeated pulls and hot weather driving.
Ideal for fast road, remapped Stage 1 and Stage 2 cars and track days, this uprated intercooler radiator helps prevent heat soak, supports stable ignition timing and delivers repeatable performance run after run. It uses factory mounting points for a straightforward fit and integrates with the original chargecooler system.

Why this cooling upgrade works
The enlarged core area and greatly increased coolant volume improve heat rejection and delay heat soak, so intake air temperatures remain stable during sustained acceleration. The result is more consistent performance and stronger repeatability compared with the standard radiator, especially on tuned B58 and B48 builds.
