BMW 1 Series E8X Vent-Integrated Performance Display 2004 to 2013

Give your E81, E82, E87 or E88 a factory-look performance readout with the P3 vent display. This dash-integrated unit delivers live turbo pressure and engine vacuum information, adds two auxiliary 0 to 5 volt channels for external senders, and shows vehicle voltage for a quick electrical health check. It blends seamlessly with the cabin for a stealth, OEM-style finish while providing the data serious road, track and tuned cars rely on.

Ideal for turbocharged petrol or diesel builds, remapped and stage-tuned cars, or anyone who wants intake manifold pressure and key engine parameters without adding bulky pillar pods. We run these in our own cars and our customers love the clean look, fast response and dependable readings.

Key functions

  • Boost and vacuum via the dedicated analogue pressure sensor for accurate manifold pressure monitoring. Boost tap not included.
  • Two auxiliary inputs accept any linear 0 to 5 volt signal, perfect for oil pressure senders, MAP outputs, coolant temp converters or wideband lambda controller outputs for AFR display from a compatible device.
  • Voltage monitoring shows battery status from your power and ground connections.
  • Optional auto-dim input for comfortable night driving when linked to the headlamp circuit and enabled in the menu.

Connection overview

  • Analogue boost sensor on dedicated yellow-purple-black plug. Requires a hose reference to the intake manifold.
  • Aux input 1 brown wire 0 to 5 V linear.
  • Aux input 2 blue wire 0 to 5 V linear.
  • Power and ground red and black for voltage display.
  • Auto-dim green wire to a lighting-live feed if desired.
