Transform the rear end of your E46 with this uprated rear damper upper mount bush set. Precision moulded polyurethane replaces ageing rubber to deliver tighter chassis control, sharper turn in and a more planted feel under braking and cornering. Ideal for fast-road and track-day use, yet civil for daily driving, this 12 mm version is designed for shock absorbers with a 12 mm shaft. We run this kit on our own builds and customers consistently report improved stability, better tyre contact and long service life.

Fitment and sizing guidance

This PFR5-5630-12 kit suits rear shock absorbers using a 12 mm pin or piston rod. It will not fit E36 or E46 Convertible. If your dampers use a 10 mm rod, you will need the alternative PFR5-5630-10 kit.

Typical rear damper shaft diameters by brand, as a guide only. Measure your shock rod to confirm:

• 10 mm: OE BMW, AST, Bilstein HD and Sport and PSS coilovers, FK coilovers, H&R coilovers, Koni Sport, KW V1 V2 V3, ST coilovers
• 12 mm: JRZ RS, Tein coilovers

Tip: If your brand is not listed, measure the outer diameter of the rear damper shaft to choose between PFR5-5630-10 and PFR5-5630-12.
