How to use

Removal: Thread the extractor onto the injector inlet and use controlled taps with the slide hammer to release the injector without damaging the nozzle or rail.

Seal swap: Pinch and remove the old ring with needle nose pliers. Fit the new ring using the expansion mandrel housed in the tool.

1. Place the injector into die 1 and hold for a slow count of 10
2. Move to die 2 and hold for a slow count of 20
3. Finish in die 3 and hold for a slow count of 30

Important: Install the injector within 30 seconds of removing it from the third die. If you exceed this time, repeat the compression sequence to ensure a proper seal.
