Engineering details

CNC machined 2024 aluminium main links are gun drilled and black anodised to cut weight while maintaining exceptional stiffness. A 6061-T6 rotating clamp lets you set and lock geometry accurately without repeated removal. Titanium socket head hardware is blue anodised for strength with minimal mass. High-misalignment FK Bearings JMX spherical rod ends feature a PTFE liner for quiet operation, low friction and long service life in demanding environments. Hardware includes ASTM A574 cap bolts with a minimum tensile strength of 170,000 psi, plus stainless spacers to tailor anti-dive characteristics.
