Pro Series charge air cooler upgrade for Audi, VW, SEAT and Skoda 2.0T and 1.8T
Chase cooler intake temps, consistent power and dependable performance with this British-built AIRTEC Pro Series Stage 2 charge air cooler. Designed for tuned 2.0 turbo and 1.8 turbo petrol models across the VW Audi Group, it is a straight swap that solves heat soak on remapped cars, fast-road builds and track toys. Expect repeatable pulls, sharper throttle response and rock-solid IAT control on hot days.

Proven on the dyno and on the road
Tested on a Mk5 Golf GTI 2.0T at Devil Developments:
- Stock cooler with Stage 1 software: 46°C intake temps at 239.7 bhp
- AIRTEC Stage 2 cooler with Stage 1 software: 27°C intake temps at 253.4 bhp
Lower charge temperatures mean the ECU keeps timing where it should be, so power stays consistent. On cars with exhaust upgrades and bigger blowers, the factory unit can rob 30 bhp or more due to heat soak. This upgrade fixes that.
