Stone reverse‑engineers each application with full 3D scanning of the factory system, then models gas dynamics, pressure zones and heat distribution to optimise diameter and routing. The pipework is formed on a 7‑axis CNC bender to maintain roundness through tight radii, then finished with TIG and direct spot welds for strength and consistency. The turbo flange area benefits from criss‑cross weld penetration that stands up to 800 to 1100°C temperature cycles.
