Engineered for flow, strength and a perfect fit
Stone Exhaust maps the original assembly using 3D scanning, then optimises diameter, bend angles and section lengths for the N20 platform. Heat and pressure behaviour are evaluated before production, resulting in a high flow turbo outlet that efficiently evacuates exhaust gases and supports tuning.
Production utilises multi axis CNC bending for consistent geometry. Overlapping weld techniques at the turbine outlet increase penetration where it matters most, while automated welding arms deliver repeatable accuracy across every unit.
