Engineering and build

Each application is 3D scanned from the OEM part to replicate geometry and clearances precisely, then refined using flow analysis to optimise gas speed and temperature control. The tube work is formed with 7-axis CNC mandrel bending to keep up to 98 percent roundness, while the turbo end features criss-cross and overlapping weld techniques to survive 800 to 1100°C hot spots. SUS304 stainless steel resists corrosion, and the sensor bosses are positioned for accurate readings and long sensor life.
