3D development: Each pipe is reverse engineered from factory components using 3D scanning, then refined to improve diameter transitions, routing and bend angles for the N20’s turbo outlet.

Precision bending: 7‑axis CNC bending delivers excellent roundness even at tight radii, reducing turbulence compared with multi‑piece or crushed bends.

Welding quality: Overlapped and criss‑cross weld techniques at high‑heat junctions add strength and help the assembly handle repeated thermal cycles.
