Engineering that makes a difference

Stone uses a 7 axis CNC bending process to achieve up to 98 percent roundness and limits outer bore wear to approximately 25 percent on 180 degree bends, helping minimise turbulence and weld stress. With scanning, reverse engineering and CNC bending combined, accuracy errors are kept under 0.025 mm for excellent fitment.

High heat areas benefit from crisscross and overlapping welding techniques that increase weld width and penetration. Direct spot welding with mechanical arms further boosts consistency and durability. The result is a beautifully finished system that looks as good as it performs.

OEM integrated flaps, optional remote control

Choose to keep the original ECU controlled valve behaviour for a seamless driving experience or add the Stone Valvetronic System. The Valvetronic pack includes dual valves, an easy plug in OBDII controller and a remote, so you can open or close the flaps on demand or set auto mode to open at your chosen rpm.

OPF and GPF solution included

Supplied with Stone’s OPF fix so owners of particulate filter equipped cars can run the AP534 without error codes. No coding required when the included solution is used with this exhaust.
