How it is made
Stone reverse engineers the factory layout using 3D scanning to map tube diameters, bend angles and routing. Flow is optimised through simulation before production. Tubing is mandrel bent on 7-axis CNC machinery for exceptional accuracy, then TIG welded with overlapping seams and direct spot welding on brackets for strength at high temperatures.
