Engineering that boosts performance and sound

Stone Exhaust 3D scans the OEM Mk7.5 system to analyse diameter, routing and bend angles, then uses simulation to optimise flow, heat management and backpressure. The 7-axis CNC bending process achieves approximately 98 percent roundness to minimise turbulence, while direct spot welding and overlapping welds ensure long-term strength where heat is highest. The result is a GTI catback that fits like factory, breathes better and sounds superb.
