Wheel clearance guidance

Factory 18 inch wheels require spacers:

  • With 325 mm discs, minimum 16 mm per side.
  • With 345 mm discs, minimum 12 mm per side. Check placement of wheel weights.

Included in the kit

  • 2 x Base caliper carriers for 325 mm discs.
  • 2 x Interlocking spacers for the 345 mm disc setup.
  • 1 x Pair of HEL braided front brake lines, stainless fittings, carbon black sheath.
  • 4 x 80 mm caliper-to-carrier bolts for 325 mm discs.
  • 4 x 90 mm caliper-to-carrier bolts for 345 mm discs.
  • 4 x A2 stainless spring washers for caliper-to-carrier bolts.

What else you will need to complete the conversion

  • 2 x Aston Martin DB9 4 piston calipers, or reversed Audi TTRS 8J or RS3 8P calipers.
  • 2 x Front discs in either 325 mm OE size or 345 mm CSL size.
  • 1 x Set of front pads suited to your driving style and use case.
  • Brake fluid for a full system flush during installation.

Important note on pad wear sensors

The OEM brake pad wear indicator cannot be used with this conversion. We recommend leaving the sensor plugged in to avoid a warning light, then safely securing the wiring out of the way.
