Aluminium Boost Pipe Kit for BMW F-Series 1, 2, 3 and 4 Series with the turbocharged straight-six

Replace the brittle factory plastic boost tube with the VRSF aluminium hard pipe and unlock sharper throttle response, faster spool and rock-solid reliability on stock and remapped cars. This direct-fit cold-side pipe is engineered for the turbocharged inline-six and is a proven upgrade for spirited road use and track days, preventing the common split, crack and blow-off issues that plague the OE ducting when boost is raised.

Built from mandrel-bent 6061-T6 aluminium with CNC machined flanges and precision TIG welds, this performance pipework delivers smooth airflow from intercooler to throttle body. The wrinkle-textured black powder-coat looks OEM-plus in the bay and resists heat and corrosion. An integrated 1/8 NPT auxiliary port is pre-installed and plugged, ready for water-methanol injection, a boost gauge or reference line. Premium 4-ply silicone joiners and stainless T-bolt clamps are included for a secure, leak-free seal.
