Why upgrade your charge cooler

The factory tube and fin unit is fine for stock boost, but once you increase airflow with a tune it quickly becomes saturated, intake air temperatures climb and power falls away. This uprated bar and plate cooler uses a dense, staggered fin pack inside and out to maximise heat transfer while keeping pressure drop low. The result is cooler IAT, reduced knock risk and stronger back-to-back acceleration.

Two proven core options

• 5 inch HD Performance core Ideal for standard turbochargers and Stage 1 to Stage 2 tunes. Excellent temperature control with minimal pressure loss. Direct fit with no bumper removal required.
• 7.5 inch Competition HD core The largest core of its type for serious power goals. Outstanding thermal capacity for extended pulls and track days. Trimming of the black plastic shroud is required. Bumper cover does not need to come off.
