This high flow front mounted charge air cooler is a direct replacement for the factory unit on N47 and N47D20 TU2 powered cars across the 1 Series E81 E82 E87 E88, 3 Series E90 E91 E92 E93 and X1 E84 line up including 116d, 118d, 120d, 316d, 318d, 320d and 18d variants. Expect lower intake temperatures, stronger sustained performance and excellent resistance to heat soak on fast road use and repeated pulls.

We have fitted this cooler to customer cars and our own demos. Feedback is consistently positive with crisper response, more consistent power delivery and dependable on-boost performance once the stock unit’s limitations are removed.
