Engineering detail that pays off on the road and strip

Each factory turbo is fully disassembled and inspected. The centre housing and compressor cover are precisely machined to accept Weistec's 5-axis CNC billet impeller. Despite being larger than the original cast wheel, the new impeller matches stock mass to preserve transient response while supporting much higher flow. The compressor cover is modified externally to suit the larger wheel. Units are assembled with new seals and bearings, then high-speed balanced to exacting standards. All factory coolant and oil connections are retained for straightforward installation and OEM reliability.

Recommended supporting mods

For best results pair with quality downpipes, uprated intercoolers, a free-flow intake system and a suitable ECU calibration. Proper mapping is essential to realise the full potential of these turbochargers safely.
